- Get them involved. One of the best ways to improve on your staff is to make sure that they are a part of the decisions made in your business. Encouraging employees to take ownership in their role of the business is a great way to show them that you care.
- Reward. When things are going well and your people are doing a great job, you need to think about rewarding them and how you want to do it. This can be so simple, as a day off or a bonus check – it’s completely up to you.
- Actually listen to feedback! If you want your business to be respected by its employees, you should think about listening to the feedback that you’re getting so that you can act on it.
